Once a purchase has been completed and the testing process has been initiated, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies to all packages and services, including Basic and Guaranteed Closed Testing plans.
2. No Cancellation Policy
Once an app has been submitted for testing and payment has been processed, the service cannot be canceled. This is because the testing process involves resource allocation, including tester selection, preparation of reports, and other backend operations that cannot be reversed.
